At Light Inside Cinema, our mission goes beyond creating powerful commercials. We are committed to empowering veterans—especially those facing PTSD or challenges with stable employment—by providing them with meaningful opportunities in the filmmaking industry. Through our Veterans In Production (VIP) program, veterans gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and build a support system that helps them heal and thrive. We believe the first step to healing is PASSION.
Veterans In Production (VIP)
VIP is a training program designed specifically for veterans, offering them a pathway into the world of film production. Starting as a Production Assistant, veterans are introduced to set life, gaining familiarity with key positions on a commercial production. The program is structured to provide both practical experience and personal growth, ensuring veterans are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.
We also provide gear to veterans with a passion for the industry, helping them take the next step in their careers with the tools they need to thrive. Whether it's cameras, lighting equipment, or other essentials, we give our veterans the resources to pursue their dreams in filmmaking and other art forms.
Coffee Bunker: A Future Haven for Veterans
As part of our ongoing mission to empower and support veterans, we’re excited to share our vision for the Coffee Bunker—a space dedicated to fostering connection, growth, and relaxation.
What is the Coffee Bunker?
Inspired by the camaraderie of MWRs and USOs, the Coffee Bunker will be a lounge located at our studio. Designed specifically for veterans, this space will provide:

Studio230: A Hub for Creativity and Growth
Located at 230 E. Park Ave, Suite 21, Studio230 is the heart of Light Inside Cinema’s current operation. This 500-square-foot space is a thriving creative hub where we house our training classes and bring production ideas to life. Despite its size, it’s a place full of potential for building film sets and cultivating talent.
We are also in the process of building out a full backlot—a dedicated location that will be home to our future veterans' training camp, providing a fully immersive, hands-on experience for those enrolled in VIP. This future expansion will also serve as an all-in-one location for our commercial sets, offering a space for veteran-led productions to come to life and businesses to connect with a dedicated and passionate team.
